2024 Wrapped - 2025 lets Go!

There’s nothing like hitting the ground running when a new year begins – particularly when you are inspired by the success of the one that has just gone before.

Just a few weeks into 2025 and the highs of last year are providing everyone here at Evolve IP with the perfect platform upon which to build for yet another record-breaking 12 months.

Brilliantly, all of the vital building blocks are in place. That’s because last year we innovated and grew around the world; empowering our partner network to provide businesses of all sectors and sizes with the technological tools they needed to meet today’s modern communication challenges.

We launched secure and compliant solutions for seamless payment processing; our Anywhere Mobile offering provided businesses with flexible, on-the-go communications; our Online Partner Enablement programme made brilliant new tools and resources available; our Anywhere Portal updates were enhanced to deliver a more intuitive user experience; and our Webex AI Integration drove next-level productivity gains.

For end user businesses across industries and regions, it all translated into real-world, transformational benefits that derived value at scale.

For example, a leading Italian automotive brand deployed our solutions on 20 of its sites, supporting 300 of its users; a premier hotel group enhanced its communications at locations in Turkey, Brazil and the US; 450 new frontline and back-office staff were onboarded at a large UK local authority; and Crown Agent Bank and Hanover Dairies transformed their customer service thanks to our smart contact centre solutions.

Our partner network grew last year too – seven new partners in the UK, three in the US and 11 in the Netherlands; together, providing us with an amazing global reach into 57 countries. We deployed 56,000+ Webex licenses, 22,000+ Microsoft licenses and, our average seats per customer was an impressive 62.

In the retail sector, we grew by 24%; in hospitality we grew by 13%; in education we grew by 21%; and in the financial/legal sector growth was 8%.

Add to all of those highs our wide and varied support of local communities and youth initiatives and it’s easy to see why we ended the year with such a proud smile on our faces.

However, now we go again.

This year - from new product releases to global deployments and cross-vertical growth – we are set to achieve myriad more milestones together.

It’s all about continued innovation and an unbreakable commitment to empowering our partners. It’s because our success is also their success. And it’s because shared ambition is at the heart of a mutually-beneficial relationship.
